On December 10, the 2025 Satisfaction China Conference and the 12th Symposium on Customer Satisfaction Theory and Practice, hosted by the China Association for Quality (CAQ), was grandly held in Chongqing. With the theme of "Digital Intelligence Reshapes User Experience, Innovation Drives Value Symbiosis", the conference attracted over 1,000 industry representatives nationwide to gather together and discuss new directions for quality improvement and customer satisfaction development.

During the conference, the 2025 customer satisfaction rating results were released with great attention. The Molded Case Circuit Breaker independently developed by People's Electrical Appliances Group in China successfully won the "Customer Satisfaction Star Product" title and was awarded the four-star rating by virtue of its excellent quality and outstanding market performance. This honor is not only a high recognition of the product's quality and performance, but also a full affirmation of People's Electrical Appliances Group's long-term adherence to the development philosophy of "Serving the People".
This evaluation was conducted in strict accordance with the national standard Guidelines for Customer Satisfaction Measurement and Evaluation (T/CAQ 10306-2022), with a comprehensive assessment carried out from three dimensions: customer satisfaction measurement process, customer satisfaction results, and the enterprise's customer satisfaction operation and management level. After multiple rounds of rigorous selection, only 54 products finally received this star rating, making the honor highly valuable. As a benchmark enterprise in China's industrial electrical field, People's Electrical Appliances Group has always regarded quality as the lifeline of the enterprise. The group has successively won the National Quality Award and the Nomination Award of the China Quality Award, and has been rated as a "China Top Brand Product" and a "National Customer Satisfaction Product". By launching distinctive initiatives such as setting up the "August 18 Quality Day" and carrying out the "Quality Tour Across China" campaign, the group has integrated quality awareness into the mindset of all employees and established a stringent quality control system and technological innovation mechanism.
